After what feels like 40 long years one of the most anticipated visual novels is now finished and is shipping(or at least it says it´s ready now). The game is Deus Machina Demonbane and I´ve been waiting for this title for a long long time.

A bustling hub of commerce and industry, Arkham is also a center of eldrich lore: home to Miskatonic University, an institution of higher learning with one of the most complete libraries of arcane literature in the world. In the span of two generations the town was built up to the status of prestige it now commands, an expansion helmed by the Hadou Group, an industrial complex and family dynasty currently run by the young Hadou Ruri. She pursues the peace and prosperity of Arkham diligently, against the forces of darkness threatening to plunge the city, and the world, back into a second dark age.

With inspiration from the Cthulhu mythos I´m looking forward to this title as hell. After having watched the anime I knew this was a game I wanted to play. But as happy I was to hear that the anime was based of a game it hurt me to know that the game was available only in Japanese language.

This was soon after the anime had been aired. Fast forward to a couple of years ago and Jlist announces that they will be bringing Demonbane to the English language. I cannot say how happy I was when I first read the news.

Then the waiting began. Which took some time, a couple of years to be exact. But now finally after having Nitro+ upgrading their own engine for displaying everything, adding some weird notice about how certain scenes are for the “international version” only and what not the game is finally here.

So what are you waiting for? If you want a good visual novel with robots, good story, and what not along with splendid graphics and characters then by all means take some time to stop by to pre/order Demonbane at Jlist.

I know you will not be dissapointed.

You know you´re a busy man when you forget the month that your blog was given birth to. It´s been a lovely 3 years with loads of happenings. Some good, some bad.

So come on in as we celebrate the anniversery.

Given the amount of posts it has been a bad year. I´ve been down with my parents getting a divorce last December and then I´ve been going from and away being depressed. Avisch is studying so he´s busy. Atrer is working and studying, Stereo went into a deep depression and has gotten back to living a normal life but he hasn´t got the motivation to write here and that is ok.

So once again I´m the only one here and I update the blog sporadicly. Games like Ar Tonelico Qoga, Arc the Lad and getting down into the slump again when stuff happends is not good for a blog.

I´m sad and relieved. Thanks to google finding my “thoughts on pokemon” post they argued that I wouldn´t be able to keep having their adsense code if I didn´t remove the erotic image of the pokemon girls. Which I did. Now the visitors have dissapeared. The image itself is stil available to view at the same adress. But it seems as if google doesn´t send any visitors here anymore for that single image. Both good and bad. Mostly good since I was getting tired of having like 2000 visitors and 1990 of them just wanted that single image.

When I get the motivation I will once again start to write reviews for visual novels since I´ve been playing a couple of them and I can write about them.

But enough about that. We´re still alive and kicking and having a blast. Even though we are pretty old if you count us in dog years. But we will keep on grooving and have loads of fun.

So who wants to dance to this beautiful girl playing her guitar? I sure as hell want to!!

So what´s up people? The Fool has been quiet for a long long time now. There are a multitude of reasons as always.

But let´s just keep it simple, my life has been shit and I haven´t had the focus or motivation to try and write something nice here.

And after getting my hands on Ar Tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel you can guess what I have been doing lately? Playing a lot of Ar Tonelico. So much that I finished the normal Saki and the Bad End routes. Then I noticed that I had gotten myself into the bug of Saki´s trophy. So I have to play trough everything from the beginning again if I want to get the trophy for Saki´s 100% cosmosphere.

Also a miss from my side is that I didn´t know about Myu. So I saved over that and have no way of upgrading myself. So if I want to enter the True routes I have to replay all the way from Phase 2. That kinda cost me my interest in Ar Tonelico Qoga for some time. Instead I found myself taking more time to play Arc the Lad 2 again. So now I´ve almost finished that and gotten Arc the Lad 3 in the process.

So when I find my motivation to write again I will write first impressions on Ar Tonelico Qoga and hopefully review Arc the Lad 2. All in the future obviously.

That´s what´s keep me from posting. Sorry bout that. I´m doing my best to get back into posting once a week. Failing miserably in the process so far but will keep working on it.

It´s that time of the year again and boy. This day just seems to become worse and worse for me. Last year I had no love live. It´s still the same this year, but man I really need to stay healthy. Now I´m sick.

First of all when that sad stuff is out of the way. I want to say congratulations to all couples of the world. I hope you´re spending it with your loved one. Eating a nice romantic dinner, giving eachother chocolate and just enjoying life.

For me this day will be spent alone in my room eating medicine to battle my flu. Boring sure but there has to be these days as well.

I´ll simply have to start playing some eroge to find some love feelings today :p

So, short post but still, happy valentines day everyone!! Or if you´re single. Try to get out and find that special one today. Bringing chocolates and flowers should help.

Yo. Another year has passed. And what a year it has been. So much has happend, some interesting, some bad.

For the bad stuff let´s just say I´m down in the slums mentally. Not feeling well at all. But I just have to get up. It will take some time to do so though. I´ll keep trying, just have to get up and think that this was the best solution and that everything will get better from here.

As for good stuff. Record of Agarest War, Bayonetta, Persona 3 Portable, Katanagatari, OreImouto and just yesh what a good year it has been for gaming and anime.

Also a bit of good fun stuff is that I´m going to try and livestream when I play certain games. Some after training, some directly during my first run. When you´re reading this I should be up and ready and broadcasting over at JustinTV and playing one game that I feel needs to be shared more: Record of Agarest War. I´ll be playing untill I can´t stay awake anymore in one sitting. And with Agarest being such a lengthy game this should be fun.

In the new year there are a lot of new games coming out: Disgaea 4, Ar Tonelico 3, Catherine(hopefully), Neptunia and hopefully Agarest Zero.

Animewise I´m not that updated. I know that Maria Holic gets a second season, Black Lagoon: Roberta´s Blood Trail gets a new episode and I also know that Mad House will slaughter yet another Marvel Comic. Otherwise I´m not that good at knowing what is going on here. I just tend to grab everything at the beginning and then slowly sort the shows out that I want to follow. That´s how I roll you know.
