This here is the first English PV that has been released. It talks about what we have to look forward to in February 2012 as that is when the game will be released.

I´m both looking forward to this title and I also wonder if I should get it since I didn´t finish the first game yet.

The choice made at the beginning doesn´t affect anything. You just get to see that girl flustered :p

After creating PSO Episode 1, Episode 2 came as a add-on to the original game. Bigger badder stages, new level cap and more items to find.

Then came the setbacks. Episode 3 was released as a card based strategy game. It looked boring and from the gameplay videos it played even worse. Then Phantasy Star Universe came along with basically the same stuff that we had seen in PSO EP 1 & 2. It was not well received. Neither was the following game Phantasy Star Universe 2.

But with this title I hope that Sega reclaims some of their glory in the MMORPG genre and if the video is any showing on how it is going to be then my am I interested in this game.

I just hope that there are a light monthly fee and that there are more enemy types than in the earlier games.

The demo consisted of the Dessert stage. I think it is the first stage of the full game but I do not know. When I first played this I was really rusty since I haven´t played a run and gun game since I played Contra 3 to the SNES. And that is some time ago.

With new mechanics, different characters and awesome rock music this is a must have title for any fan of the contra series. It isn´t a true contra game but you do see where they have gotten inspiration from. And I see nothing wrong with this and Konami is in on it so everything is good.

But I´ll just leave the footage here and let you watch that. It´s me that´s playing and yes I know I suck. Rusty as crap. I downloaded the demo on X0 and recorded as I played it.

When I get my hands on it I will write a first impressions post and later on hopefully review it as well. The demo gave me a feeling for wanting more anyway so I can´t wait for it to be released on PSN. For Xbox 360 player it´s already available as a full game for 1200 points. So if you have the money and want a good game and only have a Xbox 360, get this game!!

So it is well worth the time it takes to spend and if you have the money, please donate as well. It goes to a good cause.

A company that is very good at creating games that fans want but that they don´t release outside Japan is Namco Bandai. With Tales of Vesperia they added more characters to the PS3 version and added loads of stuff.

Now they have done the exact same thing with their Tales of Graces game. But this time they used the Wii version as a “beta” for players to buy and tryout and then made a complete overhaul of said game to the PS3 and calls it Tales of Graces F.

This title will never be released outside of Japan. Which is a big shame since it looks to good.

But there is a slight tiny shine of hope. A group of people have subbed the Demo so far and from their homepage I think they are also working on the full version.

It makes me wonder though. Why if oridinary people can spend some of their time fansubbing a complete game can´t Bandai Namco with it´s money indulged company just subb it and leave the original audio be?

Namco Bandai has almost made me lose faith in them. They have a grand library of games that seem to be fun to play. But we outside of Japan never see them. Which is a pity. I know that there are a lot of fans waiting for the announcement that Tales of Graces F is going to be released outside of Japan.

It also brings one question to mind. Namco Bandai has uses the Xbox 360 and Wii users as “beta” players and then made a superior version of the same game for the PS3. Will they go the other way around soon or will they keep using Xbox 360 and Wii for beta and then release a superior and “true” version of the game on PS3? And never release the “true” version outside of Japan?

Sounds like a good idea right?

There are also movies that show of the new gameplay elements, like moving freely on the world map and that the fighting itself has been improved so that it will require you to be more active. This is all good if you ask me since trailers and such have been focusing to much on the erotic content. Sure I love me some nice 2d girls anyday. But there has to be a end somewhere.

What I find ridiculus is that they have completed a patch for Agarest 2 that allows you to use the Sony Move controller during one particular part of the gameplay: When you massage the girls. I wonder how it will work if you don´t have a Move controller though. Will it still work?

But even so I´m still looking forward to wishing that this title is released outside of Japan and that Aksys takes this title in as well. And with them grabbing Agarest Zero I´d say the hope is quite high. Being perverts has never been this fun right?

Just a short post for this week at this moment. Will be going away for 4 days starting this Thursday. The first Swedish Game Expo called Gamex will be held then. I´ve been looking forward to this for a long long time.

So while I´m preparing and going trough all the stuff I probably won´t be needing but still want to go trough I won´t be able to post much.

Instead you will have to enjoy the first song from the first concert in the Macross Frontier movie that just recently got subbed. After such a long time I just had to see it. Will probably write an impressions post on it to next week.

But untill then: Enjoy seeing Sheryl go double in both apperance and personality.

But back on topic. I would love for a game of this type to appear outside of Japan. I´m honest and not that big fan of Code Geass, except for the mind games that Lelouch is so good at. But with a game like this then man I would love to play it!!

It would definately be one reason to sell more copies of the DVDs if a translated version of this game would be sold along with them. Or as a premium add on for those that want to get the most expensive stuff.

Lots of laughter will follow in the video. Just be prepared that it spoils the scene pretty much.
