The Fool

Entering the restaurang Aidan is amazed, he has never seen such interiors before, white vases with flower decorating with blue flowers in them, giving of a great smell. The tables are nicely ordered and some of them are for private use, there isn´t any dust at all in the whole place.

“Excuse me sir, do you have a reservation?”
Turning around he can see a waiter.
“Yes, we do”
“Under what name?”
“Excuse me a moment”
Turning to Mylene he can see her standing there with a little smile on her face.
“It´s ok Aidan, I´ll answer that question”
“Thank you”
Going past Aidan Mylene stands infront of the waiter
“Hello Ash, it´s been a long time since last hasn´t it?”
“Miss Mylene? I´m terribly sorry, will the ordinary table be satisfactory?”
“Yes, please lead the way Ash”

Leading Mylene and Aidan to one of the tables where the conversation can´t be heard Ash then leaves them.
“Shall we sit down then Aidan?”
“Ok”
Sitting down Ash soon returns with the menus.
“Today we have a special treat, chicken with potatoes and the sauce of your liking”
“We´ll take a look first Ash”
Leaving them to take a look at the menu Aidan is confused, all of the meals are very expensive, and he can´t pay for them.
“Mylene, I can´t pay for my meal”
“No problem, I asked you out so it´s ok. I was planning on paying the bill from the start.”
“If you say so, but I´ll have to pay you back some other time then. But what are you going to order?”
“I´ll take the usual, a special made sallad with chicken, cheese, chili and some orange juice dripped over it”
“Sorry, not much of a sallad man, I´ll try the fillet of beef with potatoes and the sauce”

Calling on a waiter Ash once again turns up
“Have you decided?”
“Yes, I´ll take the usual Ash and Aidan here will try the fillet of beef with potatoes and sauce”
“Understood, what would you like to drink?”
“I´ll have some milk. What about you Aidan?”
“Well, since this is a restaurang I guess I´ll have milk as well”
“Understood, one special sallad and one fillet of beef with milk to drink comming up”

Walking away Ash takes the menu´s with him and talks with the chef. Not sure what he should talk about Aidan takes another look at Mylene. Her golden hair is espacially cute tonight, with her hair nicely tied up in a ponytail. As he has never seen her with anything than her hair just ordinary flowing in the air this was a nice view, since she became even cuter this way. Her dress looks pure as snow and covers her body really nice, with straps over her shoulders, but it leaves her arms bare.
Just to brake the silence Aidan decides to speak up
“So, do you come here often?”
“I used to, when I was younger since neither my dad or mom had time to stay home and cook for me so they sent me here instead. Ash was working here at that time so I got to know him and we became friends. Now I don´t go here so often, unless it´s a special occasion like tonight. Did you visit restaurangs much when you were younger Aidan?”
“Well, not much really, we went when we were celebrating something, but other than that my parents didn´t do much with me since they usually kept fighting over small stuff”
“I´m sorry, I shouldn´t have asked”
“No, it´s ok. I´ve asked you questions you didn´t want to answer so it´s ok”
“One special sallad and one fillet of beef with milk.”
Ash comes and sets the plates down infront of Mylene and Aidan
“Enjoy” he says as he leaves the table.
“Shall we dig in then Mylene?”
“Yeah, let´s eat.”

As Aidan takes the first piece of meat and places it into his mouth a explosion of tastes are brought to his senses, the meat is really well done and tastes delicious. Grabbing a piece of potato the same feeling is experienced. And to add spice he hasn´t eaten much in the whole day so he is really hungry. Showing his feelings of satisfaction he finishes the plate kinda fast and then drinks the milk in one sweep.
“Were you that hungry Aidan?”
“Yeah, but I kinda ate so much and fast because this is delicious and whenever I stumble upon this kind of food it kinda dissapears fast since I tend to eat much and fast.”
“I see. It makes sense, in a way, I wouldn´t be able to eat that much that fast even if I wanted. Are you finished or do you want more?”
“I´m finished, I can´t eat any more”
“That´s great, then shall we take our leave?”
“Sure”

Mylene raises one of ther hands and snaps her finger, immediately Ash comes up
“Yes Miss?”
“We´re done here, could you place the tab for tonight on my account?”
“Understood. Have a nice evening”
“Thanks Ash, we will.”

After Ash has left Aidan stands up and goes over to pull Mylene´s chair back so she can stand up without having any trouble. They walk arm in arm towards the exit. Once outside their limo is waiting for them at the entrance. Once again Aidan opends the door and helps Mylene get inside before going inside himself, closing the door behind him.
