Towards the pub

As the clock nears 11 PM everyone is starting to get ready to head over to the pub, it´s a nice ten minute walk from Aidans home which in the kinda cold weather is refreshing. As the host Aidan says he´ll close and lock the door so everyone else should head over to the pub.

When Aidan is taking a last stroll trough the house to see if there are anyone left he can hear the toilet flush, and Mylene rushes out.

“Aidan? Are you still here?”
“Yeah, I´m still here. I was looking to see if someone was left behind, and that was lucky wasn´t it?”
“I just had to use the toilet, hope you´re not mad at me?”
“I couldn´t be mad at you even if I wanted to Mylene, I thought you knew that by now”
“So, shall we?”
“Yeah, find your shoes and let´s go”

Walking out from the toilet Mylene starts looking for her shoes, finding them she puts them on, Aidan had already put his shoes on. Going outside Mylene shutters a little bit as Aidan closes and locks the door.

Mylene starts walking towards the pub, but she is very unsteady and it looks like she´ll fall any second. Hurrying up Aidan comes up behind her and places one of his arms around her, giving her support and it´s not long after he feels preasure on his arm and watches as Mylene is almost falling backwards, where it not for his arm.

“Thanks Aidan, once again you´ve helped me out”
“No problem. I´ll try and always be of service”
“You know what? This is kinda nice, walking like this with you. I think I could get used to this”
“I know what you mean, this is really nice”

Walking towards the pub with Aidan supporting Mylene by having one arm on her shoulder they feel warmth from eachother, Aidan wanting time to stop so they could spend more time like this. But as always, when it´s something you want they arrive at the pub faster than they imagined.

Having to stand in line even though they bought tickets so they could be let in faster Aidan once again places himself behind Mylene as she is still unsteady on her legs and the footing is really bad.

After a short wait they are let into the pub.
